Founding Member and Managing Partner, he joined the Firm in 1994. Fabrizio has a long and recognised experience in the following fields: supervision of banks and non-bank financial intermediaries, electronic monetary institutions, payment institutions and credit brokers; banking and finance contracts; litigation (and arbitration), mainly focusing on banking as well as financial and investment services, but also corporate and bankruptcy law; debt restructuring and insolvency.
