Roger Lee Bio

Roger B. Lee is a Partner in the Firm’s corporate practice. Roger’s practice focuses on advising emerging growth and middle market companies in a wide variety of transactions. Roger regularly acts as outside general counsel to his clients, providing comprehensive guidance on any critical issue affecting his clients, with a focus on buy and sell side mergers and acquisitions and all aspects of capital formation and debt and equity financing. Roger’s practice includes advising start-ups, emerging growth, and middle market companies in a wide variety of transactions, and has worked with companies in many varied industries, including food and beverage, apparel and other consumer products, software/tech, cyber security, restaurants, entertainment, and cleantech/renewable energy. Before joining the Firm, Roger served as in-house counsel to a Global Fortune 500 company and practiced with prominent international law firms in Los Angeles and New York.
