Daniel Erlikhman is a partner at Strategic Law Partners, LLP. Daniel’s practice focuses on advising venture-backed and emerging companies, middle-market and family-owned businesses on venture financing, mergers and acquisitions, governance and founder arrangements, commercial contracts, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining SLP, Daniel was a Counsel in Bingham McCutchen’s Corporate Group, where he represented private and public companies and private equity and venture capital funds in buy- and sell-side M&A and commercial transactions, fund formation, portfolio investment, securities matters and corporate governance, and other general corporate matters. Among others, his clients included Honeywell, Platinum Equity, Gladstone’s, University of Southern California, Mitsui, Babson Capital, Freeman Spogli, Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, Gores, Riordan Lewis & Haden, Corridor Capital, Vintage Capital and NGEN Partners. During the course of his Bingham career, Daniel also completed an 18-month part-time in-house secondment with Boston Scientific, where he advised the General Counsel of the Neuromodulation Division and its management on day-to-day legal and commercial matters, including drafting and negotiation of supply chain, customer, distributor, services, and other commercial agreements, implementation of licensing, collaboration and promotional arrangements and developing corporate policies. Daniel received his JD from UC Hastings College of Law and has an undergraduate degree from Princeton University. He is admitted to practice law in the State of California. In his spare time, he enjoys participating in triathlons, cross-country skiing, yoga, amateur rapping, and online chess.
