Shoshana Zimmerman Bio

Shoshana Zimmerman is a partner in Stradling’s Corporate and Securities practice group. She represents companies on both the buy and sell sides of mergers and acquisitions in both strategic and financial transactions, including private equity investments and divestitures. Shoshana is experienced in drafting and negotiating agreements, including purchase agreements and ancillary documentation. Her representative transactions include mergers, stock purchases, asset sales, joint ventures, debt purchases and debt issuances, with an additional focus in acquisition financing and general corporate governance work for California and Delaware entities. Prior to joining Stradling, Shoshana practiced in the corporate department at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP in Los Angeles, where she represented private equity firms in mergers and acquisitions, both international and domestic.
