Kyle Leingang Bio

Kyle Leingang is a Stradling partner, chairs the firm’s Debt Finance Practice and serves as co-chair of the firm’s Recruiting Committee. He represents lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of debt finance transactions, including traditional commercial loan agreements, syndicated facilities, asset-based lines, acquisition financing agreements, public company securities offerings, and seller debt related to M&A transactions. Kyle’s experience also includes work related to bank mergers and investment transactions on behalf of the U.S. Department of the Treasury while at a former firm. Kyle is also a leading beer, wine and spirits lawyer and has represented breweries, distilleries, retailers, lenders, brand owners and investors in a wide variety of matters within those industries, often as outside general counsel. Kyle serves on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce for the City of Orange and has frequently served as a judge for the Orange County Business Journal's “Innovator of the Year” awards.
