Kyle Leingang Bio

Kyle Leingang is a Stradling partner, chairs the firm’s Debt Finance Practice and serves as co-chair of the firm’s Recruiting Committee. He represents lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of debt finance transactions, including traditional commercial loan agreements, syndicated facilities, asset-based lines, acquisition financing agreements, public company securities offerings, and seller debt related to M&A transactions. Kyle’s experience also includes work related to bank mergers and investment transactions on behalf of the U.S. Department of the Treasury while at a former firm. Kyle is also a leading beer, wine and spirits lawyer and has represented breweries, distilleries, retailers, lenders, brand owners and investors in a wide variety of matters within those industries, often as outside general counsel.
