Alidad Adam Damooei Bio

Alidad Damooei is a Partner in Stradling’s corporate practice group. Alidad represents public and private companies, private equity funds, independent sponsors and founders in domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, PIPEs, minority investments, rollovers, and joint ventures. His experiences span a broad range of industries, including retail & consumer products, food & beverage, restaurants, technology, aerospace & defense, REITs, and healthcare & life sciences. Prior to joining Stradling, Alidad was an M&A attorney at the global law firms of Latham & Watkins LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Over the course of his career Alidad has closed M&A transactions worth an aggregate value of more than $150 billion.
