Jason Brauser is a partner at Stoel Rives LLP who advises boards of directors, management teams, business owners and investors on corporate and strategic business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and corporate finance, fiduciary duties, management compensation and other important business matters. Jason works with companies in several industries, notably energy, manufacturing, health care and information technology. He represents companies in all stages of development, from start-ups and early-stage to large, publicly traded companies. Jason is a member of Stoel Rives’ Executive Committee.
