Erica Valli Bio

Erica Valli is a partner in the Corporate practice group and has extensive experience representing clients in significant business transactions. Erica helps clients across industries navigate complex domestic and international transactions and has specific expertise assisting clients in the energy space. She represents sponsors, borrowers, and lenders on a variety of complex debt financing transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, private placements, asset-backed financings, and project financing. She also regularly represents sponsors, developers, and investors in the acquisition and sale of operating and development-stage renewable energy projects. Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Erica worked for a number of years in London at a top-tier international law firm.
