Andrea Canfield Bio

Andrea Canfield advises private companies, including large conglomerates, such as Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs), in mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic corporate transactions. Her transactional experience includes debt financing, equity financing, restructurings, investments, and the acquisition and disposition of assets and businesses. Andrea has extensive experience advising companies in a broad range of industries, including natural resources, manufacturing, consumer products, and healthcare. Andrea also counsels business owners in corporate governance. Andrea is a member of the firm’s ad hoc Corporate Pro Bono Committee, Culture Committee, and the Stoel Rives Women Attorneys Group.
