Rafael has over 14 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions operations, both on the buying and selling sides, having been involved in numerous prominent transactions in the Brazilian and international markets. Rafael is a co-author of the books "Empirical Studies on Corporate Law Topics" and "Judiciary Power and Development of the Capital Market," both published by Saraiva Publisher, as well as articles published in other specialized journals. In addition to his professional activities, Rafael is also one of the founders (and current Financial Director) of the Endowment Direito GV, where he works on a pro bono basis. Rafael also provides pro bono assistance to other endowments and third-sector entities involved in education and the promotion of technological development.
