Igor has been working for 14 years in corporate law, particularly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. His work focuses on structuring, negotiating, and implementing M&A transactions, advising buyers/investors or sellers/target companies at all stages of the deal. He works with both Brazilian and foreign clients with diverse profiles, including public and private companies, funds, financial institutions, and strategic investors. He has experience in complex mergers and acquisitions transactions in the oil and gas, banking, technology, infrastructure, logistics, transportation, services, retail, automotive, energy, and healthcare sectors.
