Flavio has been practicing for over 20 years in matters of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings of securities, corporate restructurings, representation of publicly traded companies in corporate matters, and private equity fund operations both on the buyer and seller sides. Flavio also has extensive experience representing shareholders, administrators, and companies in administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM). Flavio was an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York.
