Daphne Minerbo works on matters of corporate law, corporate governance, corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions, notably in advising publicly-held companies, in compliance with regulatory requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and B3 SA – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (B3) . She has experience in topics such as shareholder relations, risk monitoring, employee policies and structuring and preparing retention plans, executive compensation and benefits, action-based plans, public offering operations for share acquisitions.
