Bruna Bellotto works on matters of corporate law, corporate governance, corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions, notably advising public companies. He has extensive experience in meeting the regulatory requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and B3 SA – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (B3) and in representing shareholders, administrators and companies in administrative proceedings before the CVM and the Board of Appeals of the National Financial System (CRSFM). Bruna advises companies and executives on structuring and preparing executive retention, compensation and benefits plans, action-based plans, and meeting corporate and regulatory obligations linked to the approval and implementation of these plans.
