Bernardo Kruel De Souza Lima works on matters related to financial and capital markets, notably financial regulation, structuring investment funds and innovative operations. Has experience in serving and representing financial institutions, managers, fiduciary administrators, intermediaries and fintechs involving regulatory issues with the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB), the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Markets Entities (ANBIMA) and B3 SA – Brasil, Bolsa e Balcão (B3). He is a consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank – IDB and coordinator of the Fintechs GT within the LAB – Financial Innovation Laboratory, organized by the IDB, CVM and ABDE. He spent more than 3 years in the Regulatory Studies area at ANBIMA, participating in the main debates and improvements in the regulation of the financial and capital markets.
