Beatriz Azevedo Marcico Pereira has worked in recent years on infrastructure projects, M&A, real estate acquisition and capital market operations - including those related to the structuring of carbon projects - conducting the legal assessment of socio-environmental risks and opportunities. Beatriz also works in the areas of dispute prevention and resolution, including drafting memoranda and legal opinions on various topics involving environmental and climate law and representing clients in administrative and judicial proceedings. Furthermore, Beatriz has experience in structuring Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) policies and governance systems in Brazilian companies.
