André has been working for over 20 years in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings of shares acquisitions, corporate restructuring, representing publicly traded companies in corporate matters, and especially private equity fund operations both on the buy and sell side. André also has extensive experience representing shareholders, directors, and companies in administrative procedures before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM). André was an international associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley and McCloy in New York.
