Andre Mestriner Stocche has worked for more than 20 years in matters of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings for acquisitions of shares, corporate restructuring, representation of public companies in corporate matters and, in particular, private equity fund operations both on the buying side as a seller. André also has extensive experience in representing shareholders, administrators and companies in administrative procedures before the Securities and Exchange Commission – CVM. André was an international associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley and McCloy in New York.
