Alessandra Zequi works on matters of corporate law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and public offerings for the acquisition of shares, with a focus on advising public companies. He has extensive experience in meeting the regulatory requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and B3 SA – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (B3), as well as representing companies, administrators and investors in administrative proceedings before the CVM and the Board of Resources of the National Financial System (CRSFM).
