Lee Nicholson Bio

Lee Nicholson is a partner practising in areas of corporate law, restructuring and mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on distressed situations, proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, out-of-court restructurings, work-outs, refinancings and other distressed transactions. He has significant experience in cross-border mandates and transactions involving various jurisdictions, including cross-border recognition and parallel restructuring proceedings. Lee also frequently acts on M&A transactions, particularly asset acquisitions and divestures.
