Kim Le Bio

Kim Le is Co-Head of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups in the Toronto office. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, including public and private mergers and acquisitions. Kim has extensive experience working with private equity funds, private equity portfolio companies and multinational corporations, as well as advising on all aspects of cross-border private equity. Kim also works on matters involving venture capital investments, joint ventures and partnerships, complex shareholder agreements, and insolvency and restructuring. She represents and acts as a trusted advisor on general corporate and commercial matters for clients across the technology, food and beverage, mining and engineering industries.
