Stefan Odeurs Bio

Stefan mainly advises funds on their investments in leveraged transactions (including buy-outs), expansion capital, and divestments (including auction processes). In addition, he has extensive experience in other types of transactions such as restructurings, turnarounds, and secondary buy-outs. Stefan works with co-investors and the management in both MBOs and MBIs. He also advises on the formation and structuring of funds. His work covers both local and cross-border transactions. He holds a master's degree in Law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. He also obtained a degree in Social and Military Sciences and a degree in Applied Economics.
