Pascal’s work includes assisting clients with the acquisition or sale of large and medium-sized (private and listed) Belgian and foreign companies, IPOs, secondary offerings and delistings, shareholder structures, and capital and debt restructurings. He is a member of the Financial Law Institute and lectures at the law faculty of Ghent University. He is the author of various publications on his areas of expertise and a regular guest speaker at seminars and conferences. Pascal holds a master's degree in Law from Ghent University and graduated in Economic and Financial Law from the Université libre de Bruxelles. He joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2006.
