Julien Bogaerts Bio

Julien focuses on complex corporate and finance matters. His expertise covers international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance, public take-overs, and capital markets work. He regularly assists clients in the restructuring, acquisition or sale of Belgian enterprises. Julien also litigates these issues before Belgian courts and Belgian and international arbitration tribunals. Julien holds a master’s degree in Law from the Université catholique de Louvain (2007). He also obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law with a specialisation in financial law from Ghent University (2008). Julien joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2008.
