Dries Hommez Bio

Dries is recognised for his specialist expertise in local and cross-border private equity and M&A transactions. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in general corporate law, financial law and corporate finance. His clients include institutional investors and private equity funds (which he has assisted in investment and funding types of transactions), private companies, and publicly listed companies (which he has advised on national and cross-border transactions). Dries obtained a master's degree in Law from Ghent University in 2000. He joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2013.
