Björn is a partner in the Corporate / M&A group and heads our private equity practice in Amsterdam. He also practised at the firm’s London office and at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York. Björn holds a master’s in law from the University of Groningen. He joined our Amsterdam office in 1996.
