Sandeep Dhama has a wealth of experience advising clients from the GCC and international clients investing in the Middle East, in particular clients from Europe and South East Asia. He specialises in M&A, joint ventures and private equity and has expertise in capital markets and restructuring. Sandeep has been in the region since 2010 and has worked on many market leading transactions involving regional heavyweights and high profile global clients. He is also Co-author of a chapter in “International Monetary and Financial Law - The Global Crisis” published by Oxford University Press.
