Daniel Andrews Bio

Daniel has over 15 years’ experience advising sponsors, debtors and creditors on the origination and restructuring of debt and equity financings. He has a focus on advising flexible capital providers, often in the real estate space, with respect to real estate finance and real estate private equity transactions. He brings a unique perspective gained from recent senior in-house roles at Triton, RoundShield and KKR Credit to help his clients achieve their commercial goals. He advises on the full lifecycle of primary and secondary investments, and on instruments across the capital structure. He adopts a creative approach to help his clients maximise risk-adjusted returns and ensure downside protection. Daniel is qualified in the UK and Hong Kong, and has been involved in a number of high profile cross-border transactions, in Europe and Asia.
