Adam Crossley is a corporate lawyer specialising in private equity and growth capital. Adam advises on a range of private equity transactions, acting for companies, institutions, founders and management. Recent experience includes: advising Bowmark Capital on its investments in Littlefish, WSD and Kubrick group and on the sale of Leaders Romans Group; advising Bestport Private Equity on its investment in Energy Saving Lighting(ESL); and advising the founders of Chartway Group on the sale of a majority stake to Cabot Square Capital portfolio company, Public Sector Plc.
