Reijnoud Homveld joined Stek as a partner in 2015. His practice encompasses advising financial institutions, private equity investors and corporates on M&A transactions and projects, with a strong focus on the (renewable) energy sector. Reijnoud has over 20 years of experience working for clients in the energy sector, and advised on a range of gas, electricity, heat, E&P, hydrogen, geothermal, wind, PV and biomass transactions and projects. Prior to joining Stek Reijnoud was an attorney at NautaDutilh and Allen & Overy in Rotterdam, Amsterdam and New York.
