Jeroen Timmermans is a partner in our corporate group. Jeroen specializes in corporate and finance transactions. In addition, he has a special focus on the aviation and (renewable) energy sectors. Jeroen advises on both national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investments and joint ventures. In the aviation sector Jeroen has years of experience in (international) transactions concerning the leasing, acquisition, sale, and financing of a variety of aircraft types (commercial aircraft, business jets and helicopters). His clients include aircraft leasing companies, financiers and operators. Furthermore, Jeroen has advised on the acquisition, sale and joint ventures of a number of airlines. In the (renewable) energy sector Jeroen assists with respect to among others investments, financing transactions and joint ventures. He represents wind turbine manufacturers, investors as well as energy companies. Jeroen has ample experience in advising on investments in and financing of wind farms, including the 195 MW NOP Agrowind project and the 102 MW Windpark Krammer. Jeroen is a co-founder of Stek. Before that Jeroen was a partner at NautaDutilh, among others in New York. He worked for ABN AMRO Bank’s legal department and was an attorney at Slaughter & May in London.
