Jeroen Timmermans is co-founder of Stek and partner in our corporate group. He advises on both national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments and finance transactions. He regularly works with international firms on cross-border matters. In addition, Jeroen has a special focus on the aviation sector. In the aviation sector Jeroen has years of experience in (international) transactions concerning the leasing, acquisition, sale, and financing of a variety of aircraft types (commercial aircraft, business jets and helicopters). His clients include aircraft leasing companies, financiers, operators and other market parties. Furthermore, Jeroen has advised on the acquisition, sale and joint ventures of a number of airlines and represents parties active in the sustainable aviation sector.
