Eelco advises private equity and venture capital firms, corporates and management teams on a wide variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, minority investments, equity financing rounds, management participation schemes and divestures. Eelco also advises clients on general corporate law matters such as commercial contracts and governance matters.. Eelco regularly works with international law firms on cross-border transactions. Eelco has particular expertise in private equity related transactions.
