Bio

Mark Foster graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1995 with a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting and Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws and is also a member of FINSIA (formerly the Securities Institute of Australia). Mark was appointed Partner in 2001 and is now the Managing Partner of the firm. Mark has a varied client base, including a number of ASX listed entities. Mark has advised on numerous capital raisings and on a large range of corporate and commercial matters. Mark also has experience in the preparation and implementation of both registered and unregistered managed investment schemes. Since 2014, Mark has served on the Board of Governors for Hale School and is currently serving as Chair.
