Aaron Lepp Bio

Aaron G. Lepp is a partner in Stark & Knoll’s Business Services Group and a lifelong resident of northeast Ohio. As such, he is very familiar with not only the region, but the people and businesses of northeast Ohio who comprise Stark & Knoll's client base. Through his corporate practice and local knowledge, Aaron works tirelessly to ensure stability, growth and long-term success of the region's business and community leaders. For over 25 years Aaron's practice has focused on a wide variety of businesses and their owners spanning numerous industries including manufacturing, real estate, service providers, wholesalers, construction, biotechnology and healthcare. Through his merger and acquisition practice, Aaron has overseen acquisitions in a diverse array of industries and across a wide range of deal sizes. Over the years, Aaron has been responsible for structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing numerous M&A transactions ranging in size from hundreds of thousands of dollars to hundreds of millions of dollars.
