Sebastian Ponikowski, attorney at law, specializes in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, financing as well as bankruptcy and reorganization matters. Sebastian’s practice focuses on advising on M&A, capital market and financial transactions. In particular, he advises leading private equity funds on their investments in Poland. He also specializes in distressed M&A transactions. Additionally, he regularly participates in other types of financial projects, including financial restructuring and securitisation. Prior to joining the SSW team, he worked for over eleven years in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Finance group at Baker & McKenzie Warsaw.
