Bio

Mateusz Chmielewski is an attorney at law, English solicitor and partner at the law firm SSW Pragmatic Solutions. He specialises in capital markets issues, as well as mergers and acquisitions. In the area of capital markets, Mateusz advises Polish and foreign issuers and underwriters on public offerings, bond issues (including high yield transactions) and issues under medium-term programmes. In the M&A field, Mateusz focuses on advising corporates and private equity funds, both in the public and private markets. Prior to joining SSW, Mateusz worked for leading law firms in the UK, Singapore and Poland and, as Head of Legal, at Bank Pekao SA. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Cambridge University and the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University.
