Grzegorz Koguciuk Bio

Grzegorz heads SSW’s corporate law practice. He specialises in civil law and commercial law. He has advised on numerous restructuring projects, mergers, demergers and company transformations, and on corporate disputes and day-to-day corporate issues. He is also experienced in M&A transactions, preparation and negotiating JV and investment agreements. He advises industry entities, including national and international corporations, investment funds / PE / VC and individual clients. His practice also focuses on projects involving cross-border elements and related collaborations with local law firms.
