Bio

Antonio Canadas focuses his practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Antonio also has experience in asset-based lending and restructuring. He is a member of the Corporate and Financial Services practice groups in our Madrid Office. He has prior experience working for a Dutch firm, where he practiced in the litigation department for three years.
