Marie-Louise Bozonet is a partner in the corporate team and head of our energy team. She is an experienced corporate lawyer who regularly advises on corporate transactions and on collaborative or joint venturing arrangements and often works with businesses who are seeking investment. Marie-Louise also has a niche practice in share incentive schemes and regularly advises clients on their management and staff incentives programmes. As head of our energy Team, Marie-Louise works for a number of clients in the traditional oil and gas sectors but has a keen interest in renewable energy and advising clients seeking who are developing and exploiting new energy technologies. Marie-Louise worked at international firm Eversheds before joining Square One Law in 2011 and has experience of working in-house after spending part of her training on secondment to a local company operating in the oil and gas sector.
