He’s been with us since our first year of trading way back in 2012, and can support you with acquisitions, sales, fundraisings, governance arrangements, corporate reorganisations and shareholder-related matters. He specialises in advanced manufacturing and also supports not-for-profit organisations on establishment and registration with regulators, the incorporation and use of trading subsidiaries, compliance with funding agreements, charity mergers and trustee duties. John is our training partner, supporting and supervising our ambitious trainees. He also manages valuable relationships with our clients.
