He advises on M&A, private equity investment and joint venture transactions, as well as general corporate governance, corporate group structuring, and shareholder arrangements. Charlie has extensive experience of selling and buying companies, having acted for both sellers and buyers on many transactions. He works alongside all of our service teams particularly on due diligence exercises, and his clients range from SMEs and entrepreneurs to private equity houses and international groups of companies. His work spans multiple sectors from manufacturing and engineering to waste management, energy, renewables, technology and more.
