He regularly advises on sales and acquisitions of businesses as well as equity & debt investments across a variety of sectors including manufacturing, engineering, IT, food and retail. Outside of transaction management, Ashraf also has a specialism in share option incentive schemes. He works closely with all of our service teams across all sectors, and advises clients ranging from SMEs and entrepreneurs to larger corporate outfits. Being an established lawyer with good industry connections, he works closely with accountants, corporate finance, and tax advisors and has good relationships with them all.
