Olivier Lopez Bio

Olivier is a business lawyer with recognized expertise in the negotiation and structuring of mergers and acquisitions, LBOs and funding/venture capital (tech) raising as well as in the occasional follow-up of litigation (representation & warranties/disputes between shareholders). Olivier also has extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Olivier works as a visiting professor at the Sorbonne Law School and the Montpellier Law School, where he teaches negotiation, venture capital as well as the fight against money laundering and corruption.
