Marie-Aude intervenes in capital market transactions (IPOs, issues of shares or securities giving access to capital, offers or repurchases of shares) as well as mergers and acquisitions involving listed companies. She regularly advises companies on stock exchange regulations, corporate law and governance. She also has in-depth knowledge of regulatory issues related to the financial sector. She regularly participates in conferences and local working groups concerning the financial and stock market regulatory environment. Marie-Aude is a lawyer at the Paris Bar. She worked as a lawyer in leading international firms and was a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright in Paris before founding her firm.
