A lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2013, Louise assists French and foreign companies and their managers both in their daily management and in carrying out exceptional private equity, LBO or external growth transactions. Louise also has significant experience in setting up management packages and advising managers. Before joining Squair, Louise worked for the French firms Alérion and Redlink, which are renowned for their practice in this field.
