His years of experience have enabled him to provide advice to his clients in the context of lease negotiations, contracts for the sale and purchase of companies or shares, joint ventures, legal mortgages and '' other transactions required for the operation of their business as well as in the context of recourse to the civil courts of Quebec. With more than 8 years of experience in the corporate and commercial field, Me Kaplo is dedicated to providing practical legal advice to his local and international clients.
