Jordan Jaslow is a lawyer with Spiegel Sohmer and practices in the Commercial Law group. He works in the area of ​​corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, and in real estate law, with an emphasis on acquisitions and commercial leasing. Prior to joining Spiegel Sohmer, he held a summer student position and an internship position with a national law firm in Montreal.
