Frank M. Schlesinger joined Spiegel Sohmer in 1995, after having practiced for 25 years with his father, the late John M. Schlesinger.His knowledge being vast and his skills numerous, he is able to intervene in files as diverse as they are complex. Its goal is always to find a solution adapted to the situation by a pragmatic approach. He was also a judge at the municipal court for thirty years. As a Trademark Agent, he has the ability to practice in the field of intellectual property including cyberspace law, software and all related fields such as distribution agreements, websites, trademarks, copyrights and other similar matters.
