Daniel Frajman is a shareholder of the firm specializing in commercial and corporate law as well as in trusts, wills and tax and corporate matters aimed at non-profit organizations and charities. He is involved in all aspects of the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, trusts and wills, including, among others, contracts for the purchase and sale of businesses and real estate assets, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, corporate and real estate financing documents, security interests, commercial leases, corporate transactions with tax implications and estate planning. In addition, Daniel is involved in the organization and registration of non-profit organizations and charities, as well as their compliance with government regulations, and the development of tax strategies in this regard. He is also involved in the administration of estates.
