Dan Donath, a shareholder in the firm, is a member of our real estate, commercial and corporate law group. Dan has over 35 years of experience in reviewing, drafting, interpreting and negotiating trade agreements. He has acquired expertise in the field of real estate law (particularly in relation to the financing, leasing, acquisition and sale of real estate, condominiums and limited partnerships), although it is not uncommon to see him intervene in the context of business purchases and sales, and the negotiation and drafting of shareholder and company agreements. Dan has also helped start many residential co-ops.
